Assist the Sales team in managing customer accounts and ensuring smooth sales operations.
Help to identify new sales opportunities and nurture relationships with potential clients.
Support the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and reports.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Familiar with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Basic understanding of sales processes and techniques
Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Fluent in both English and Vietnamese (additional language skills are a plus)

Experience in the technology or IT industry is an advantage
Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies
Experience in preparing sales presentations and market research reports
Experience working with international clients or in a multicultural environment
